Actor Chadwick Boseman Dies At Age 43 After 4 Year Battle With Colon Cancer

Perhaps best known for his role as Black Panther in the MCU Chadwick Boseman has lost a 4 year battle with colon cancer and passed away earlier today according to a representative. diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer back in 2016 the actor has been battling it ever since.

Despite his illness he had still been getting out there and giving great performances, not just in the MCU but he also was terrific on Saturday Night Live as well as his other films such as Da 5 Bloods, Marshall and Gods of Egypt and many others, he did all of this while going through chemotherapy treatments and surgeries, he was a very talented actor and by all appearances a great human being as well…the world lost a good one today and my condolences go out to his family.

He passed away at home surrounded by family and loved ones and the family has expressed a wish for everyone to respect their privacy during this tough time…so please respect their privacy.

Cancer,, ANY cancer,, is a rough way to go. In a lot of ways I feel that death came as a friend. That said, I know from my personal experience that, as one who is left behind, that the burden of grief they must bear up under is very heavy..
I’m glad he was in the company of his loved ones; at some point that is all there is.
All love and care to his family, as any family would deserve.
